Egnyte

Egnyte is a cloud-based asset management system that we use to store our centralized project documentation as well as share/gather assets internally and externally.

 

How do I access Egnyte?

1. In a web browser, go to https://jplcreative.okta.com
2. Enter your email address & password
3. Click on “Send Push” to send connection request to your mobile device
4. You will get an Okta notification on your phone
5. Tap on “Yes, it’s Me” to authorize connection to Okta
6. At your Okta landing/home page you will see the Egnyte shortcut
7. Click on Egnyte, a new browser window will populate
8. Once in Egnyte, you will see the project folders on your left
