How do I access OKTA?
DESKTOP
- Log in to Okta, at homepage click on and test JPL Den access
- In Okta, click on Microsoft 365 Portal to verify access to all apps
- In Okta, Click on Egnyte
- Egnyte is a cloud-based file environment housing all our client projects, teams, and user data
- Egnyte Connect/Desktop App: Welcome email/verify account for desktop app?
- Add ‘Z’ drive to local computer for desktop Egnyte access
- Check for Workamajig email from Finance or Bob Wolfe – ensure you’ve been set up (follow instructions)
- Check for Slack invitation email, set up password & verify it is working
- Check for Zoom invitation, set up password online, then log in to local application
- VPN (if needed) – already installed & configured– you will use username and password/Okta push to connect
- Connect to ‘Guest’ Wi-Fi network to test ‘Okta’ push on mobile device (Okta homepage and/or VPN)
MOBILE
- Connect mobile device to ‘Guest’ network at JPL. (If on-site)
- Download “Outlook” app from Apple App Store or Google Play
- Set up for ‘365’ using your JPL email address and newly changed login password
