How do I access OKTA?

DESKTOP

1. Log in to Okta, at homepage click on and test JPL Den access
2. In Okta, click on Microsoft 365 Portal to verify access to all apps
3. In Okta, Click on Egnyte
4. Egnyte is a cloud-based file environment housing all our client projects, teams, and user data
5. Egnyte Connect/Desktop App: Welcome email/verify account for desktop app?
6. Add ‘Z’ drive to local computer for desktop Egnyte access
7. Check for Workamajig email from Finance or Bob Wolfe – ensure you’ve been set up (follow instructions)
8. Check for Slack invitation email, set up password & verify it is working
9. Check for Zoom invitation, set up password online, then log in to local application
10. VPN (if needed) – already installed & configured– you will use username and password/Okta push to connect
11. Connect to ‘Guest’ Wi-Fi network to test ‘Okta’ push on mobile device (Okta homepage and/or VPN)

MOBILE

1. Connect mobile device to ‘Guest’ network at JPL. (If on-site)
2. Download “Outlook” app from Apple App Store or Google Play
3. Set up for ‘365’ using your JPL email address and newly changed login password
